2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation).
( 2.1 ) A successful gang requires strong leadership experience to maintain its presence in the ghetto while competing against rival gangs and legal ORGS. With my experience in Roleplay and strategic mindset I am able to adapt different situations very easily and quickly. I believe with my experience I can lead the organization flawlessly. My goal is to create a gang whos gonna dominate ghetto respected by allied gangs and perform consistent while maintaining quality Role Play. The gangsters need a real leader not someone whos sitting on his back while streets go cold and rivals go bold. I don't play politics I lead with actions , I fight back where others would have folded that's what kept my name alive throughout different cities. I don't beg I take what's mine.
(2.2) If I ve ever been in a gang I ve also gained quite a bit of experience with gangs For example I am deputy in vagos currently And i gaind lot of exp from gangs i was under deputy leadership positions I was vice president in a family and now I ve founded my own and I think I can most likely lead a gang
(2.3) Lastly one of my main priorities will be maintaining a healthy and united organization. I will work closely with my deputies and trusted members to ensure the gang remains active when I am not there. All types of internal conflicts between gang members will be handled professionally and fairly to prevent unnecessary division. Additionally I am aiming to build positive relations with other gangs and active crime families to strengthen the criminal activity. Through teamwork and proper planning I am confident that I will be able to run a very successful term without any issues. I would love be in good relations with my curators and admins as well and comply with all their requirements.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1) Organize regular training sessions to teach members proper gang roleplay, communication skills, and server rules. This will improve overall roleplay quality and reduce unnecessary rule breaks.
3.2). My second Piece of Advice to improve Quality of RP is to Maintain a Strict Structure within Families, I will ensure that all Ranks are assigned via Strict Interviews focused on Rules and Understanding of Gangs, To make sure that no favoritism exists within Families, I will order 2 Deputies to review each Interview and Recruitment to make sure they were selected correctly and if their rank is Understandable and Reasonable. This will ensure a Favoritism-Free Environment within Families.
3.3) Rank chasers Favourtism Toxicity Gang Hopper Wont be tolerated they would be instantly Blacklisted from the Org and i will make sure to check Logs for that
3.4) Bonuses will be given as soon as possible so my people dont need to wait that long for bonuses.
