2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1) First i am strongly believe in team work, so no one can do anything on his own but he needs a well organized team to work with him so they can achieve them objectives and between all the team must there is a good communication so they all can divise them selfes on shifts and prepare themselves for emergency moments which we are low on members.
2) i will say i dont have that much experience, i have been a high command from very short period of time but i feel my self know some stuff not bad that qualify me at least to arrive to the chief selection and if i have not enough experience and i already understand this, ye so in this term of MR Shinobi i took the responsability to make lot of trainings i made approximately 40 trainings, so i saw alot of things and some issues we can talk about at my advice for improving the role play.
3)I also believe that iam a good person at Multitasking so i can handle lot of things in the same time and in our career it is very useful so as we are doctors we need to try to be more faster in our duty because we are saving citizens life without losing our main objective which is the professionalism and in my opinion every doctor have to learn how to deal with lot of tasks and get skills for multitasking.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I am a big beliver of the HR department is the root of every thing lets immagine we have the best HR team well organized we have HRs available 24/7 so trainees will finish their training within 2 or 3 days maximum so a lot of medical students will be official doctors and for sure they will pass them training if they put a little effort of practising and studying so now we have HR perfect so our doctors will be working in the best way secondly the Internal Affairs have a big role though for managing all the doctors and seeing if someone is violating our internal rules and they keep noticing everything 24/7.
There are also more things i will not talk about because already have been risolved Thanks to our currently Chief MR Shinobi who keeps all going good and they intruduced the EMS Control in my opinion it is very useful.
At the end this is my application, thanks to anybody who give me his time to read my application and thanks for all the admins team!
