First of all, I would like a Turkish admin to handle this discussion. This person admitted that their alt account was permanently banned and they subsequently received an IP ban, yet they are still able to access the game using this current account meaning they are bypassing the IP ban by using other people's accounts. A Turkish administrator would fully grasp the situation and the points I am raising despite having received both a permanent ban and an IP ban, they continue to log into the game with different accounts. I request that you conduct the necessary investigation.
