So as u can see in the pov player ID 229898 failed RP as he did not say he would drag or un drage or butting me in the ground, as requested and afterThat he abuse him power of Undercover in fib. u can see he but me in the ground and left me so it is considered as GR6.4 and in the end i dont think this player is following the Rules of State 1.1
