Leader of Los Santos Vagos​

Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization​

1. Bringing Vagos Back to the Top​

The Vagos have recently been a gang that stays in the background. My goal is to change that completely by making Vagos one of the most active and respected gangs in the city. I want to compete for the #1 activity ranking and build a strong reputation through consistency and teamwork.

2. Building a Strong Turf Team​

My priority will be dominating Turf Wars. I already have experienced players who are ready to join me, and together we will focus on winning turfs consistently. Success in turf will naturally attract more skilled members, allowing the organization to grow stronger every week.

3. Professional Leadership​

Although I have never officially been a leader before, I have experience managing teams and organizing events. I am disciplined, active, and capable of making fair decisions. My objective is to create a professional environment where every member has the opportunity to improve and enjoy roleplay.

Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.​

Recruitment​

I will recruit active and experienced players while also giving new players the opportunity to prove themselves. Every recruitment will be based on activity, behavior, and performance instead of friendships or favoritism.

Internal Training​

New members will receive proper training before participating in major events. This includes radio communication, gang rules, hostage situations, turf strategies, and city roleplay. Well-trained members create higher-quality RP.

Event Participation​

The organization will participate in every possible event, including Turf Wars, Sprays, Battles, Hostage situations, and official server events. Keeping members active improves teamwork and increases the gang's visibility across the city.

Discipline​

Respect between members is essential. Toxic behavior, unnecessary arguments, and rule violations will not be tolerated. Everyone will be treated equally regardless of their rank.
