I was punished for VDM (here) because I accidentally hit **ID: 204467** once. My vehicle was moving at high speed, and I was unable to control it in time. To the best of my knowledge, a single accidental collision does not constitute VDM, as there was no intention to run the player over.
I would also like to point out that **ID: 204467** appeared to be metagaming. The Vagos members were already present at the location and had started looting even before the FZ officially began. This can be clearly seen in my POV, where they are already looting prior to the start of the event.
I kindly request that my punishment be reviewed based on these facts and the available POV evidence.
