Everyone Already knows I've been FIB Director, But I feel like I Should take it a 2nd Time So State Doesn't Go Down Under and Tryy my Best to Protect and Safe State From the Current Gangs and Upcoming New Gangs to the State. And I Wanna Run FIB Again with the Best People I Can Get into the Org as well So We all can have Fun and Help Each other and New People That will Feel Welcomed to be in the Org and Free to ask for Help and Hopefully Nobody Fucks Up.

The Reason I Wanna go for it Again, So I can Help the Newer People in FIB and Make it Fun for them and Better for the OG FIB Members
If they have Problems or Anything They can Easily Message me and I Will Help them as much as Possible with my Knowledge/Experience Cause Everyone Deserves Redemption Who Deserve it.

More Importantly for FIB is to Keep the Whole Environment Positive and No Toxicity in it, Cause I'm Not gonna have an Org That Always Fight Each other and Disrespect So Those People will be Dealt with and Blacklisted if Any Disrespect is Heard and Logged Cause Nobody will Wants to Work or Have Fun in a Org if there is Toxicity or Fights Every Day But Those will be Dealt with Instantly Whenever is Possible.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
(More Importantly is Having Situations Dealt with without It Turning into a Gun Fight Every time But Only Be Whenever Gangs Don't Listen or Just Do Whatever they Want)
(I Will for sure Try to Keep Good Relations with Other Orgs so Nobody Hates FIB and We can Complete Scenario as a State Orgs in Missions)
(Favoritism will not be Tolerated and People Trying to do it Will be Blacklisted and not Welcomed back to FIB + IF a Person Holds a Specific Rank They need to do Their Work Exactly What they need to and not Force Someone Else)
