I was on duty and was arresting a player when another player, who may have been his friend, suddenly arrived and killed him without any prior RP interaction or demands. This is a violation of GR 6.15, which states that outside the Ghetto, players must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example, they must issue demands, and if the player does not comply within 5 seconds, they may then shoot.
Furthermore, after killing the player, he also performed MK, which is another rule violation. I request that the administration review the situation and take appropriate action against the player.
