Icly it was traffic stop you are driving on opposite lane, then you stopped and you're armed that's why demanded you comply with but you guys killed me instead (you're LEO)

Doesn't matter? He doesn't have a Bio (GR.6.4) about self defence that's not have it works. I'm not a gangster or citizen to defend yourself, I was a LEO + we're the one who was armed at the point forcing me to do it. I don't want to waste time replying here.

Incorrect Title (Title Should be RDM + Provoking | ID)

Reason: You have not asked or seen a passport/ID from Player ID 149165 in the POV and he is seen
with his personal stuff. So, he should be treated as a citizen. So, GR 6.4 does not apply here.
