I request a re-evaluation of this situation, as an instance of "UB driving" (driving in an inaccessible or impassable area) occurred here. Does the term "UB driving" not refer to driving in places where passage or entry is normally impossible? In this incident, LSPD officer 509164 drove over the fences.
