First of all, hello; I hope you are doing well.
I was banned for using the word "ret*****" over the radio. I honestly didn't know it was prohibited if u check my punishment history u gonna see i didnt get any punishment more than month and i tried to avoid from troubles. I deeply regret my actions and apologize. The penalty you imposed might seem short to you, but that is not the case for me. I play this game every day; I am active for about 11–12 hours daily. Please forgive me just this once; it happened only this one time and will never happen again. Please forgive me for this time; this wasn't a second, third, or repeated offense. Just this once, for this single instance... Please lift my ban. Thank you for looking it and i apologize for taking up your time. Have a nice day.
