2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
A) One of the reasons i would like to take FIB leadership is for the challenge, as i have lead 2 successful SAHP terms in the past, one which has just ended i would like to go for FIB, as i feel like i could be a great Director, with all of my previous achievements as deputy and leader. I feel i can be a greater impact on new people and show them the correct way of doing things.
B) Another reason i want to take FIB leadership is because i feel like gangs have a huge advantage over LEOs at the moment, it seems that crime orgs can act freely anywhere they want with very little resistance from LEOs which takes away from the experience for everyone involved. i feel if i had to chance to lead FIB i could help strengthen LEOs and bring back the balance that everyone loves.
C) And finally i want a really active term, especially active High commands, i say this in every term i am in that if HC is active and actively helping people then the whole org will follow their lead and also be active. removing toxicity and making it a friendly environment can help this point by alot. Any toxicity that is seen will be dealt with right away.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I will try to maintain very strong and friendly relations with all other orgs as i did in my previous SAHP terms, this will help co ordination and communications, it will again keep it a friendly environment that is easy to work in. I will do weekly challenges with incentives to stay active which will overall make everyone's experience much more enjoyable.
