Dear Admin;
As you can see, I have just arrived at the scene and this player identified by their ID is checking my details via their PDA without asking for my passport this constitutes Meta Gaming as the ID and such details are OOC information that is being used in game. Furthermore, they tased me without issuing any demands an action that is prohibited. When I subsequently approached to speak with them they arrested me. The rule violations are glaringly obvious they could not possibly know whether I was guilty or not without obtaining any information from me. I request that you impose the appropriate penalty.

At the 1:12 mark in the video, an electro shock shot is fired without any warning or prior indication.

At the 1:16 mark of the video, there is another strike delivered without warning or saying anything.

Video, 1:33 mark an arrest without cause an arrest is made by performing an action via the PDA without any prior information.

No GR 6.4 is found as per as the evidence
As Per the situation the LEO had verbalized three times Do not Follow them State Law break Failure to Comply
as per as the IC Reason They had right to use Non-Lethal Force which is stated in Fire Arms Code

No Rulebreak found here as SR 1.4
SR 2.1 is a statement for State Employess not a Specified OOC Rule
