Life Story:
I was born in Multan Pakistan in a middle class family. My father was working and my mother was house wife. Life was simple and normal nothing luxury. we were not rich but we manage everything somehow. Growing up i learn things on my own and understand people by experience. I as never a very hardworking person i always try to do work in easy way. people say its laziness but for me its just smart way to save time. when i grow up i feel that staying in shorkot will not give me any future. i wanted more chances and better life. so i decided to leave my hometown. coming to los santos was not easy for me. the city was fast and full of crime. people dont trust anyone here. living in this city change my thinking alot. I learn to stay alert and careful all the time. Slowly los santos change how i think and act.
Career Story:
I started my LEO career in sahp. most of my duty was highway patrolling and traffic stops. There i learn arrest procedures basic laws and how to handle situations. i also learn how to use radio and follow orders. at start i make mistakes and was slow but with time i get better. After sahp i move to lspd because i wanted city duty and more action. In lspd i work different departmens. I take part in operations and spec ops with other orgs. By working with them i understand how things really work in city. With time experience and connections i move up in rank. Right now i am working as Chief Commander in SAHP.
Outcomes:
1- Tom can take bribes from 10-15 to let them go (max $100K and weapons/illegal items) (not Org Items).
2- Tom can deny/lie about lawyer and refuse to read Miranda Rights to 10-15.
3- Tom can search for and destroy suspect bodycams using only (/try) command. (only twice per situation).
4- Tom can refuse to show ID or passport to civilians and other LEOs during corrupt actions.
5- Tom has the ability to remove criminals from the wanted list and completely wipe their criminal records.
6- Tom can become hostage in exchange of bribe (max $100K).
7- Tom can release prisoners from DOC via darknet task or can take bribes (max $100K) to initiate jailbreaks using USB.
8- Tom carries duct tape in his pocket and may use it to prevent detained individuals from speaking (/try applies duct tape on the mouth, up to 2 times per situation).
9- Tom can threaten, forcefully interrogate, or pressure individuals during investigations within server roleplay limits.
10- Tom can enter into jurisdiction of other organizations without permission.
