Dear Admin,
I got ban for Gen Rule 3.2. I would like to clarify that I have been using the same name on EN2 for a long time, and I have never received any punishment or warning regarding this name there. I was not aware that this name was not allowed on this server as well. I have noticed that in similar situations, players are usually got a jail or a chance to change their name before receiving a punishment. However, in my case, I was directly banned. If any administrator had informed me to change my name, I would have immediately complied and changed it without any issue. I kindly request you to reconsider my ban and give me one opportunity to correct my mistake. I assure you that if my account is unbanned, I will change my name immediately and will not use any name that violates the rules in the future.
