Since ours is a media family, our friend with ID number 62448 had already posted his ID number in the family chat before the police even arrested him; meanwhile, an administrator pulled him into the event area just as the arrest was taking place.

This guy is a deputy of the Alejandro media family; he posted his ID in the family chat to enter the event before being arrested during the stream, and an admin subsequently teleported him to the event. You can easily verify this via the stream replay and the admin who teleported him.
