2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1.When I first arrived in the city, the organization I joined was a criminal organization, so I worked on improving myself and reached the highest ranks multiple times. I served as a deputy to many leaders, and during most of those terms, all the leaders were satisfied with me. Now I believe I am capable of leading on my own. If I become a leader, I'm confident that I will ensure maximum activity with high bonuses, without breaking even the slightest rule, and that I will satisfy people in the best possible way.
2.I believe that by hosting events designed to encourage newcomers to the city to join the crime organization and teach people how to roleplay, I will be able to dominate both the ghetto and the entire city in the most active way possible without overwhelming people and my deputies and I are ready. I seen too many leaders before who didn't know how to manage properly, some who couldn't even control their own members and disbanded them, and I won't be one of them. I believe I will complete this term in the best way possible.
3.Since the crime rate in the city is steadily declining, I will oppose the Leos by raising our rp level to the highest possible level. We will participate in events with as many people as possible to become the most active terrorist organization, defeat the Leos, and take over the city, driving the crime rate to its highest level. I have completed more than 10 terms as a Deputy, and I have led every major event during those terms. Because of that experience, I plan to host many events such as FZ raids, store robberies, and more to ensure the highest possible level of activity.
3. Your advices for improving roleplay in organization
We will be always active in the gang by All type of events like - Store Robbery, Gun Store, Hostage Situation, FZ Raid, Highway Robbery. Also active in ghetto active in spray. I will not allow violations of the rules at gang Any rule break will lead to kick , strikes or blacklisted from gang. We will do everything by talking professionally on the radio without breaking any rules. We will teach the rules to those who don’t know them, and in this way, we won’t break the rules
