Life Story:
Shotty was born in Florida into a family whose existence was only a bad week away from collapse. His father had been working various gigs which did not last long enough thus, Shotty grew up in an environment where his parents fought about unpaid bills and lack of money, but never with violence, rather by slowly wearing out the family with endless disputes.
When Shotty was 14 years old, the course of his life completely turned upside-down. His mother was murdered in front of him by the local gangs for no reason except being at the wrong place at the wrong time. This event did not shatter Shotty, on the contrary, it made him even stronger. No more crying and lamenting about his misfortune, Shotty started planning what he could do in return because the world had some favors to do him. By the age of 17, his only mission became to reach the position of power.
Career Story:
Shotty never became a police officer because he believed in justice or wanted to get at someone. For Shotty being a police officer was the fastest way to get what Shotty wanted.
At 21 years old Shotty joined the National Guard to get some experience meet some people and earn some respect. This gave Shotty some discipline, a discharge and most importantly Shotty got to see how the system really works the good things, the bad things and everything in between.
When Shotty was 27 years old he left his life behind and moved to Vice City to start fresh. Shotty cut ties with everyone he knew, making nothing from his past could catch up with Shotty. Not after that Shotty joined the LSPD. The job was a fit for Shotty. It let Shotty watch listen and learn while making an extra money on the side. Shotty kept quiet about what he saw on the streets and followed orders from people who did not really understand the politics, the power games or what some people would do to keep their position.
By the time Shotty was 30 years old he had caught the attention of some FIB agents. Shotty was sharp, professional and really good at blending in which is the kind of person they wanted for undercover work. Before long Shotty realized that his skills could open doors for him. Shotty started a side business doing favors and gathering information learning who owed who, who could make problems go away and who had the connections, behind closed doors.
Now at 46 years old Shotty is known as one of the FIBs respected and feared police officers. Officially people have never questioned Shotty's loyalty. Unofficially people whisper that Shotty has changed. Shotty stopped believing in rules a time ago and has never looked back.
Outcomes:
1. Shotty can take bribes (up to $100,000 or guns/ammo/illegal stuff ) and rob (Pickpocket).
2. Shotty can arrest someone for fake charges if dislikes him or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons and nothing too severe).
3. Shotty can do criminal activities. For example, go to the ghetto and ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use any type of illegal items and weapons.(ORG gear excluded)
4. Shotty can deny and lie about calling a lawyer also lie about his name/refuse to provide any type of identification.
5. Shotty can handcuff other LEOs/Civilians, break their bodycams to avoid getting caught and also take them to give them as hostage for Gangs/Families in exchange for money.
6. Shotty can help prisoners to do Prison Break by USB or Darknet in exchange of money.
7. Shotty has the same ability to frighten and disrespect anyone as gang members do (Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19)
8. Shotty can remove people's criminal background or from wanted list for a bribe (up to 100k or weapons equivalent to it).
9. Shotty is able to attempt to search for a bodycam and radios (using the /try command twice per situation), and if found, break it (/do Breaks bodycam and radios).
