2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
• I want to become the Leader of LSPD because according to me I have gained enough experience from working in FIB, SAHP and GOV. Every organisation taught me something different and helped me understand how law enforcement works from different sides.
• When I first joined the city I started in FIB, then after some time I joined SAHP and later GOV. During all this time I learned how to work with other people, deal with different situations and communicate with other organisations. Of course I still have things to learn because nobody knows everything, but I think the experience I got till now is enough for me to take this responsibility and do my best as a Leader.
• If I become the Leader of LSPD my main goal is to make the organisation more active, professional and also friendly for everyone. I want every officer to enjoy being in the department and have a chance to improve themself. I also want the citizens of San Andreas to trust LSPD and know we are always there when they need our help.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
• Do more realistic practice and Conduct situational trainings
• Organize patrols and Operational events with other State Organizations to Increase RP
• Higher commands should guide and help lower ranks more often as simple feedback or advice can motivate officers and help them improve faster.
• Focus more on engaging in RP interactions then a Usual Robot arrest
• Appreciate the hard work with promotions and Bonuses to keep everyone motivated and active.
