Dear Reviewing Admin,
I respectfully request that my case be reconsidered.
The POV requested was from the RP Factory event on the 23rd at 10:30 AM, while the request for the POV was made on the 26th at 1:27 AM ( On Forums ). This is 62 hours and 57 minutes later, which is 14 hours and 57 minutes beyond the 48-hour retention period stated in ER 1.7.
Based on the published rule, I understood that I was only required to keep my POV for 48 hours. Since the request was made well after that period had expired, I had already deleted the recording because I believed I had fulfilled the requirement under the rule.
I did not delete the POV to avoid providing evidence or to obstruct the review. I deleted it because the retention period defined in ER 1.7 had already passed before the request was made.
If there is another published rule or official clarification that requires players to retain their POV beyond the 48-hour period mentioned in ER 1.7, I would sincerely appreciate being directed to it. Otherwise, I kindly request that my appeal be considered based on the wording of the current rule, as I acted according to my understanding of the rules available to players.
