2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

1. I want to become the leader of LSPD because I see this organization as the core saftey in keeping the streets safe and responding fast to situations that are within the city, as the other LEOs, since most of them are outside the city, will take a good amount of time to reach the city to help.
2. The LSPD is one of the organizations that I loved and enjoyed being part of for most of the time, which makes it closer to my heart and makes me want to lead it to become one of the most active organizations in the city.
3. The last reason I want to be the leader of LSPD is that I see great potential in RP and in improving the city's safety alongside other LEOs, and I have good ideas to make it more enjoyable to be part of and to help us do so.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

1. One of the things I want to focus on in this org is how I want to collaborate and work alongside other orgs like SAHP to have an agreement to be able to help each other keep the city and the highways clean by patrolling both areas and keeping them safe.
2. I understand that corporation bios are one of the most important concepts of the city; therefore, I want to make sure to choose my bad cops that are active and could make the RP more enjoyable and harder for everyone around them
3. I'll focus on my departments and make hire the right people for each one, make them work together, and make the organization feel more alive.
