A) Previous Leadership Experience

I've already served as SAHP Leader, so I understand what it takes to run a state organization. During my time in leadership, I learned how to manage officers, deal with major crimes, and work together with other state organizations.

If I'm selected as Leader again, my main goal will be to make sure the department is always ready for any situation. Whether it's a hostage situation, a robbery, or any other major crime, officers should know what they're doing and respond without unnecessary delays.

I also want to keep good coordination between SAHP, FIB, NG, EMS, and the Government because working together makes handling situations much easier.

B) Better Patrols and Tactical units

Traffic violations and organized crimes happen every day, so I want to make sure officers stay active around the city instead of waiting for calls.


I plan to:
1.Increase active patrols around the city.
2.Set clear traffic enforcement guidelines.
3.Reward officers who stay active and do quality RP.
4.Keep SWAT teams trained and ready.

These units will mainly respond to:
1.Gang raids
2.Bank and store robberies
3.Hostage Situations
4.Events

C) Improving HR and Internal Affairs

A good department starts with good officers. That's why I want HR and FTO to stay active and train every new recruit properly before they begin regular duty.

Internal Affairs will also have an important role by making sure officers follow the rules and maintain professional behavior while on duty. Keeping discipline inside the organization helps build a stronger department.


3. Your Advice for Improving the RolePlay Level in the Organization:


A) Better Roleplay During Situation

Every officer should treat RP seriously and avoid breaking Rules. Whenever there is an emergency, available LSPD units should respond as quickly as possible and try to maintain and handle the situations ICly.


Problems with gangs or civilians should be solved through IC roleplay whenever possible instead of immediately involving admins. This keeps the RP enjoyable for everyone.


B) Proper Evidence and Officer Training

One thing that can improve legal RP is proper evidence collection. Officers should know how to use their bodycams correctly and collect evidence before processing suspects.

I would organize regular training sessions For:

1.Bodycam usage.
2.Evidence collection.
3.Correct use of the Penal Code and Traffic Code.



C) Active Participation in Events & Legal Processing

As the LSPD Leader, I will strive to attend city events along with my units.

This will enable the following:

Realistic arrest processing of multiple suspects (10-15s)
Application of Knowledge of Penal Code and Traffic Code

2.1 | I want to become LSPD Leader because when i joind this city LSPD is my first org its being like 3 years after that now i think i am ready to become a leader. For this past 3 Years i gained enough Knoladege form working in FIB, LSPD,GOV,NG and EMS other then that i also have the Gange Experience as a Deputy. Every organisation taught me something different and helped me to understand how the law Enforcement works from all sides.

2.2 | I want to Become Leader of LSPD because for these last terms i have seen many Leader to take leadership and not handle it very well (not very active term) and there full org is full of Favoritism its like a new rule in grand rp u can give rank to just your friends who donot have any experience and zero Knoladge about Legal org and getting HC ranks. I want to stop this and make my term like the old golden days of this city

2.3 | I have seen in some terms trainees are not getting there trainging and without that thay force them to send them to the field without any knowladge and risk there life. So my main goal is to make the HR team very active So Everyone Will Get A Professional Level Training.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

• Organize training sessions and real scenario-based drills instead of just theory
• Co-operation with other state orgs to keep RP quality high
• HC will need to check on the progress of the lower ranks, even small feedback goes a long way in helping someone improve
• Pushing people to actually do RP interactions properly instead of just doing copy-paste arrests

Departments:

S.W.A.T (Special Weapons and Tactics) – This department handels the main situations like hostage negotiations, robberies, anything city-wide or high risk that needs a specialized response instead of regular patrol handling it.

Human Resources (HR) – Responsible for onboarding new recruits properly and making sure training actually sticks, while also keeping the day to day workflow of the org running smooth and making sure members feel taken care of.

Internal Affairs (IA) – This dept looks at what's happening inside the org itself. If a member's dealing with issues, whether it's a problematic higher command or a state employee causing trouble, IA steps in to actually handle it properly instead of letting it slide.

Traffic Enforcement (TE) – Handles fines for traffic violations and tows illegally parked vehicles, plus runs checkpoints around the city so criminals can't just move around freely on the roads.

I worked with my command staff. I trained officers. I maintained discipline within the organization. As Leader of LSPD my aim is to contribute to making Los Santos a safe place for all the citizens. My way of contributing to making a safe place for everyone would be to reduce crime. This could be done by writing detailed case files and by investigating on going criminal.
To Improve Criminal Investigations
My aim is to create a department geared towards investigations that will work hand in hand with other organizations in the state to tackle organized crime. The administration I lead will utilize all possible resources legally available to it in order to achieve this, including intelligence gathering, evidence collection, surveillance, among others. 2. Advise officers to engage in proper communication via radio communication and appropriate role play and not rush through the process.​
3. Motivate officers that demonstrate high level of dedication, performance and appropriate role play in addition to logging activity hours.​
4. Develop mentoring programs where officers guide new recruits up to the point where they can stand on their own feet.​
5. Continue being disciplined but create a pleasant atmosphere where officers can feel free to ask questions and develop themselves.​

1. I want to make sure my organization becomes active all around the city by doing different things. Being in LSPD I have noticed they do not do much apart from going to store robberies. 3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. My first advice would be to ask my organization members to be a little relaxed. Apart from following the rules and regulations of the server we are also here to enjoy. So I would ask my org members to interact with people like they would do in real-life that is by being nice. This would make other people believe in LSPD.
2. I would like to change the behavior of just going to IC events and doing things for the sake of it. I would promote RPing in such situations so people are interested to do it. For example, while negotiations have a little chat with the opposite negotiator, when interacting with other orgs be friendly so everyone knows that we are all in it together to be a team and not complain about each other for silly things.
3. I would like to create multiple Special Divisions HR, IA and TEU.
   1. First one would be SWAT, which would be responsible for creating tactical methods to win robberies and other events against gangs or families. They will be planning and executing tactics to ambush and attack criminal groups while the negotiations go on. They department of SWAT will move together in sync which can be practiced multiple times during their special training times.
   2. Second division that I am thinking of making is Team of Detectives. They would be responsible for gather of evidence against any criminal or criminal organization in the city. They could further go ahead and plan to shutdown their operations. They could keep a close eye on them in discrete org vehicles to gather evidence and maybe even catch them while doing illegal things.
   3. Lastly, the Anti-Drug Dept. They will be working really hard to find and crack down on major drug suppliers of the city. They can also help Detectives by providing information on suspects who commit these crimes on daily basis and put them on their watch list. They will hunt and crack down cannabis plants and contrabands in the city. They can use different sources available in LSPD like scanners and drones.

2.1: After i started my RP life 2 years ago, LSPD was the first organization that i joined, i have served under many different leaders throughout my journey till now. I have always tried to help those in need, those who are new to the city or are in need of guidance, offering support to them without thinking twice. 3.2: I will implement a 3 days complete training program with all the important things related to LSPD, this will help the beginners to gain confidence and get a better knowledge of how things work within the organization. To implement this i will get a excellent team of HRs as they are the base of any organization.
3.3: My primary focus will be on patrolling the city regularly, conducting special operations in ghetto through different locations, making sure everyone can safely roam around the city.
3.4: I will conduct multiple IC events and exciting activities for the people of Los Santos to maintain a better social environment inside the organization as well as in the city.

2.2 In the organisation i had noticed that in they don't have the full power like FIB. When i had seen many FIB officers are having an Free hand to protect the city and they do have the freedom, courage, aggression in their work field. So i want to bring that momentum into the LSPD organisation so that our LSPD will have some good momentum and they do feel that we can work freely and can bring some good activity to the organisation. In my term i will be bring some new implementations and will be work together to make the work effectively and eaisly. i had noticed that now a days many people are getting the ranks very eaisly and fastly and in my term the rankings will be allotted very carefully and will be taking their interview and will be assigned their ranks according to that. So generally they need to Earn the Rank.

2.3 in my term i will use my knowledge to make it successful and make the LSPD active i will always make sure that we had enough units all the time available for every events specially the parameters one.

3.Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1) i will make sure that we have enough units for both shifts day and night.
3.2) Weakly promotions (obviously fair)
3.3) i will make sure that each and everyone had to give a proper interview before joining LSPD
3.4) i will make sure to mantain good relations with other organisations.
3.5) i will make sure that NO HIGHCOMMAND abuse their power or rank.

3.7) i will see each and every unit with one eye.

3.9) As the LSPD Headquarters is near the ghetto so in my term I will do multiple ghetto patrols and we will also try to have a good control on the ghetto so then we can stop multiple ATM robberies in the ghetto.

DHS especially is not an easy position, it needs a lot of knowledge about city laws, coordination between departments and how everything works together its not just a title you really have to understand the system properly and make correct decisions under pressure

2.2) In National Guard I was handling command duties making sure operations are running smooth and discipline is maintained among members. In GOV and DHS I learned how deep city structure goes and how important communication is between different departments, one small mistake can affect whole system so you need to be careful and experienced to handle it

3.2) Officers should always be on patrol and respond to situations instead of standing around. This makes the city feel more alive and creates more RP for everyone.

3.3) I will do promotion ceremonies and small meetings from time to time. It keeps members motivated and gives them something to work for.

3.4) New members should learn by doing RP, not only by getting punished for mistakes. I will make sure experienced officers help them improve step by step.

3.5) Better teamwork with other legal organizations is important. More joint operations and communication will create better RP situations.

3.6) Everyone should take RP seriously and stay professional. If everyone follows the same standard the organization will have a much better image.

P2: I will encourage the various departments of our organization to write detailed reports of major incidents that happen within our organization. These reports will help to improve the operations of our organization as well as the investigations that are performed by law enforcement officers.
P3: Department Heads will receive weekly objectives instead of just maintaining department activities. This means that each department will have specific goals to achieve in areas like recruitment, patrols, investigations and training.
P4: The training sessions will rotate through a variety of realistic scenarios to train officers in dealing with each situation.
P5: Promotions Will Be given on the basis of activity and good work within departments instead of relying on a single factor. Favoritism will not be consider as a factor for a promotion in a direct or indirect way my people will get what they deserves.

2.1 I've put in close to two years across different state departments now, starting as a Trainee and working my way through Patrol, spending time in a legal capacity, and holding HC and admin level roles in law enforcement, government, and legal wings at different points. I've seen how a department runs when there's a strong Chief backing the officers, and I've also seen what happens when High Command loses touch with the ground. LSPD isn't just another org to me, it's the backbone department that every other org (SAHP, FIB, DOJ) ends up relying on for District jurisdiction over the City, and I want to be the one steadying that backbone rather than watching it wobble from the sidelines.

2.2 LSPD's Charter itself lays out just how layered this org is, with Patrol, SWAT, HR, IA, Detectives, and the Legal Division all running under one Chief of Police with Shared Jurisdiction responsibilities toward SAHP and FIB. Handling that kind of structure isn't something you learn in a week. My background having sat in a legal role gives me an edge here too. I actually understand things like the Evidence Code obligations around bodycam integrity, the strike and blacklist framework, and where IA's authority starts and Legal's begins. Most officers treat the Charter as a formality they signed once. I've had to apply it.

2.3 LSPD is the face of law enforcement in the City. It's the org every citizen interacts with first, and every other State org measures its own professionalism against. That visibility is a responsibility, not a flex. I've served under multiple leaders in multiple orgs by now and seen different leadership styles up close, some good, some I wouldn't repeat, and that's given me a fairly clear picture of what actually keeps an org's relationship with Government and sister orgs (SAHP, FIB, DOJ) healthy versus what quietly wrecks it over a few weeks.

3. Your advice for improving Role Play level in the organization

3.1 I've got a decent track record of staying level headed on department radio and in face to face disputes. I'll hold my officers to the same standard, no arguing with citizens or other LEOs on comms, no unprofessional back and forth. Whole Ethics section exists for a reason and I'll actually enforce it instead of letting it sit unread.

3.2 I want to run regular law and discipline refreshers for officers, not as a punishment drill but so nobody's caught off guard on Traffic Code, Evidence Code basics, or bodycam requirements when it actually matters in the field.

3.3 No hollow promotion promises. I'll maintain an actual activity and discipline log per officer covering hours worked, professionalism, and citation and arrest logging compliance, and promotions will follow that record rather than favoritism.

3.4 Small team based tasks with real stakes, where the first team to complete gets recognition and maybe a temporary specialised role or tag, enough to make other units want to step their activity up too.

3.5 Joint operations with SAHP, FIB, and other orgs, not just for optics, but to actually build the kind of mutual trust the between State orgs.

3.6 Training officers on how to actually talk to other orgs during joint ops or state meetings, focused on de-escalation and coordination rather than who has more people in the group chat.

3.7 If LSPD underperforms on my watch, that's on me as leadership, not on the officers below me. I'm not going to pass that blame downward.

3.8 Leadership showing up to events matters, sure, but ground level presence through Patrol and actual response times matters just as much. I won't let one come at the cost of the other.
