Reason 1:
I have experience from both legal and illegal side because I reached 26th rank in Legal Orgs. But gang life always felt more enjoyable for me and Los Santos Vagos is the org I want to lead the most.


Reason 2:
I was Deputy in both Bloods and Vagos before, so I already know how leadership works in gangs. I learned many things from different situations and know how to manage members properly.


Reason 3:
My goal is to make Ballas active and fun for everyone. I want members to enjoy being in the org and every member will get respect no matter what rank they are.

Point 1:-
I will make sure there is no toxicity or favoritism in my term. Everyone will be treated equally based on their effort and work.

Because of this experience, I feel connected to Vagos and want to lead it successfully.

Ans1: I want to become leader of Vagos because i have a good experience of deputy in gang, i want to make vagos the most active gang in the city with the help of my family member, Also i will complete my term with zero verbal and warning.

1: Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization?:
I have experience deputy many time and now i am also deputy and maintaining a gang . I am ready to put my ideas into practical because I genuinely think I can benefit this gang. To raise the RP level and make things more fun overall, we already have a few plans. i need leadership so i can bring these ideas into RP
2 Stability and Rule Adherence: I have noticed many gangs get disbanded quickly because members break rules (Mass RDM, toxicity, etc.). My leadership style is strict regarding server rules. I want to build a Vagos leadership team that respects the script and the admins. We will ensure every member knows the Ghetto Rules inside out to prevent the organization from receiving unnecessary Warnings/Strikes.
3 In my opinion, the headquarters location of the vagos is easier to protect strategically than the headquarters locations of other gangs, since it is away from the main ghetto, the surroundings of the headquarters are quieter and it is also close to the beach market.

Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

1. I will be increasing raids on state object in the city. While doing so, I will also be taking on new gang members with me . With this way I will teach them how to make money from the gang.
2 I will increase the number of highway robberies to teach new gang members how to rob people on the highway in that way they will learn how to steal items and money from other peoples.
3.I will act a realisticly in events (Highway robbery, hostage situations, etc.) in a way that is maximum and in accordance with the RP rules.
4. I will achieve very high participation and success in events by giving the highest bonuses among the gangs in the city.​
