Incident Description:​

On 27.07.2026 around 23:17, LSPD Commissioner Barry Vuitton (ID: 61050) blatantly abused his power and authority. Knowing that the LSPD is disbanding soon, he decided to misuse his position for arbitrary actions against me.

The sequence of violations is as follows:

• Unjustified Engine Stop & Attack: He stopped my car engine without giving any demands, shot me with a stun gun, and cuffed me completely without any valid reason.
• IC Insults: He disrespected me and hurled verbal insults in-game (IC).
• False Charges & Penalties: He illegally assigned me a 5-star wanted level for no reason, revoked all my licenses, and slapped me with a heavy fine of $50,000.
• Unlawful Detention: Even after searching me and finding nothing illegal, he still sent me to the isolation cell and forced me to serve an 81-minute jail sentence.
• Admin Involvement & Harassment: An admin personally came and acknowledged that what the official did was completely unfair and wrong, but stated it was currently an IC issue and advised me to advertise for a lawyer. When I placed an ad for a lawyer, the same Commissioner called me, gave false information pretending to be a lawyer, and further mistreated and harassed me.

These extreme abuses of power and continuous harassment have completely ruined my roleplay experience and are making me want to quit Grand RP.
