2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I want to become leader of LSPD. i have spent my most of the time of roleplay i have been in the illegal side i have been deputy of some illegal organization. like deputy of los santos Vagos and right now i am deputy of east side ballas i was also under deputy of all the gangs. on the state side. i do have experience in state side in FIB HOD,DHOD and in SAHP as Commander. i believe all this experience will help me to lead LSPD as a good leader.
2.2 I want to create a organization where everyone stays together with love and respect. I had really good time in gangs and learned many things there, but now I want to show everyone my LEO side. I want to prove my leadership skills by leading LSPD in a fair and active way, where everyone gets equal chances and enjoys being part of the LSPD.
2.3 I will make sure every department is working properly. I will hire much HR so they can recruit more and more active officers for LSPD. I will also train the IA department to monitor everyone and stop corruption and favoritism. I will make sure every Head of Department knows their work and trains their members properly so the whole organization runs smoothly.

3.1 Training officer to be professional in any difficult situations.
3.2 Creating a friendly environment in the organization

3.4 I will make sure HR's are training officers regularly.

3.6 I will make sure all departments are working properly.
3.7 Maintaining a strict discipline while keeping the environment friendly.
