I've noticed that on EN03, admins sometimes reply to questions with "refer to this rule" or "answer given above" without further explanation. While the rules are available, some players may still be confused about how they apply to a specific situation.
If a player is still asking questions after reading the rules, it usually means their doubt hasn't been fully cleared. A brief explanation from the admin could help prevent misunderstandings and mistakes.
This isn't directed at any specific admin, and I don't have any personal issues with anyone. I just wanted to share some feedback that I think could help improve player support.
