2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1-I have been involved in this project for a long time and now wish to take on greater responsibilities. To achieve my primary goal of becoming the leader, I intend to turn the entire ghetto yellow alongside my intelligent deputies who have a strong grasp of the rules. I believe I can accomplish this not only with my deputies but also with active members who are well-versed in the rules; in short, I will make Vagos even stronger with a team of capable, intelligent, and active individuals.
2-Vagos is already a powerful gang, and to further bolster our strength, we will engage in store robberies and hostage situations. By winning various events without violating any rules, we will demonstrate our power and attract more active members, making it much easier for us to win future events.
3-We could weaken the city's police force by collaborating with other gangs to instigate incidents—such as hostage situations—thereby making a name for ourselves and establishing a powerful gang; furthermore, thanks to my prior experience, it would be quite easy to outsmart and defeat the police through cunning and intelligent planning.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1-To boost our RP level, we can strike deals with other gangs and organize events like hostage situations or raids; this allows us to engage in shootouts with the police without violating any rules—thereby earning money and raising our RP standing. Furthermore, through agreements with corrupt police officers, we can uncover police plans, devise superior strategies, and successfully outmaneuver law enforcement.
2-It is not enough to simply participate in events; we also need to vet the people joining the gang. For instance, we can test the knowledge of prospective members by asking them about the basic rules. This would prevent rule violations and significantly boost our RP level. Furthermore, if others see that our RP standards remain high, our gang’s activity will increase, and we will win more events.
