Rejected Ban for cheats I Wody

hello dear administration it has been 3 years since my ban i would like to make an appeal because i recently got my old discord back and i found this screenshot

as you can see i was pc checked by wody on en2 4 days after my ban and i passed the pc check on en2 but he said i reinstalled my windows which is not a bannable offense i wanted to ask if i could get another chance because i didnt do anything wrong i got pc checked 4 days later and i passed it so i dont get what changed i hope you give me another chance
