Administrator punished me for Fear RP. I was going for negotiation why would I fear at that time. Generally you must have seen that even if gangsters are 20-30 in number still from LEOs side only 3-4 people go for negotiation where they can be easily killed by the gangsters so does that means that they are not fearing for their life ? I went for negotiation but I saw they were coming to kidnap me so I ran away.

Fear RP would be when 3-4 gangsters would be aiming at me and I would not comply.
If this decision is right then in that case when in ghetto a person starts shooting a bunch of gangsters who are robbing someone else, that should also be Fear RP that why is he shooting at 3-4 people alone. Like this there will be so many new instances for Fear RP that will come up.

Yeah I accept and provoking punishment is fair for that but fear rp is a significant punishment bro. I hope u understand. I dont have prime also.

Provoking, FailRP, FearRP, whatever you think from your perspective is fair - its all punishments of up to warning and the administrator did not make a wrong decision in giving the warning to you. You yourself say it.
