2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization?
(A). Experience and Serving as a leader of SAHP as a 4x ex-Sheriff of SAHP and ex-high command in each and every organization, I believe i have enough knowledge and solutions for every weakness LSPD is facing, where ATMs are getting robbed, multiple store robbery, hostage situations, etc. are taking place. LSPD will respond fast and more professionally and friendly to other legal organization with more coordination aswell as attending each and every state emergency aswell as restoring old LSPD image and increase more presence creating a new legacy which you have never seen before
(B). Most of the criminal activities are going on on the city and ghetto side. I'll make sure that we will do regular patrols and decrease the crime rates in the city. I and our officers will always be responding to each and every ATM, house, juice shop robbery, or any kind of criminal activity fast and with good numbers so it will create fear in criminals to do crime.
(C). I want to be at the forefront of leading the community's emergency response, law enforcement, and protection efforts. The LSPD is essential to these functions. I have full confidence that with my leadership and operational experience, I can make substantial contributions to the department, ensuring that our officers are well-trained, disciplined, and always ready to serve the community.
3. Your advice for improving the role-play level in the organization.
(A). I will make sure our officers are patrolling in the city most of the time
(B). I will host regular PR events to be in a good relationship with citizens and can make an environment where they feel free to tell things if they are facing any issue or have any kind of other problems and feel free to live as a citizen of Los Santos
(C). We will make sure there are regular joint training sessions so everyone will get a chance to learn about the organization and legal organization.
(D). I will host regular promotion ceremonies.
(E). I will always be there to help our officers with anything.
(F). I will not bear any toxicity, favoritism, or any kind of biased decisions under my command.
(G). I will choose both of my deputies from different time zones so there is no issue in my absence
