This FIB officer came to me and cuffed me without any valid reason. He did not announce that he was going to cuff me until after the handcuff animation was already completed.
Additionally, I already have an active forum report against this player because he committed NLR in the Red Zone. By returning and engaging me again, I believe he also violated RS 5.5, as he should not have fought against me in the Red Zone
