GR 1.4 Ban / Admin and Leader Blacklist / Unoff Blacklist. - Travis Snow (ID 41926) + Fridubert Berty (ID 155283)
For: Floki Subject: Appeal regarding GR 1.4 caused by incorrect information from Technical Support (CrazyM), currently stoping Admin/Leader/Unoff applications.
Summary
I am appealing the GR 1.4 ban applied to my alt/twink account, on the grounds that it was a direct result of incorrect information given to me by Technical Support. I made 3 technical forums directly, asking how many accounts i had before creating a second one, which of 2 of them got rejected and on the 3rd one i was told I had only one, and I created the second account based on that answer. I am asking that this be taken into reconsideration when reviewing the ban, and that my Admin/Leader eligibility be restored since I was never actually blacklisted to begin with.
Timeline with dates of the Events (with proofs)
1. Oct 23, 2025, — I opened a Technical ticket asking how many accounts i had to make sure i won't be punished for GR 1.4, since I believed I might have made one 2+ years earlier on EN 2 or EN 3. https://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/1165064/ → Response: Redirected to "Hi, we don't delete accounts."
2. Oct 23, 2025, — I opened a second ticket, i changed the wording a bit to make sure the admin understood what i was saying. https://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/1165500/ → Response: "Hi. Create a new topic and choose the right type of problem. For 2FA recovery it is recovery acc"
3. Oct 25, 2025, — I opened a third ticket, this time correctly filed under "Account recovery," with my Email and Social Club login, asking the same question directly: how many accounts do I have. https://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/1166137/ → Response from Technical Administrator CrazyM: "You have one account."
4. Relying on that information, I created a second accoun, since I had no reason to believe this would put me over the account limit.
5. Dec 2, 2025 — I was banned for "contact me on discord" by administrator Light Moon. I fully cooperated during the process, and mentioned that i made a technical forum for GR 1.4 and that i never meaned to break the rule. He told me to send him a message confirming it.
6. Dec 4, 2025 — I made a forum and agreed to a wipe.
Reviewed - Ban for GR 1.4 | Light Moon
6. Dec 8, 2025 — I applied to be removed from the Admin/Leader blacklist, i thought the GR 1.4 ban had me on it.
Rejected - Admin/Leader Blacklist | Light Moon → Response from Lebron Pluxury (Curator of the Project): "Rejected. You are not in admin/leader Blacklist"
7. Dec 14, 2025 — I submitted my first ever Admin Application. Rejected - Admin Application | Travis Snow → Response from Shisui Vukovic (Senior Administrator): "Rejected — Twink have an active ban."
The issue.
I asked technical administrator multiple times whether I already had an account, specifically to avoid breaking the GR 1.4 rule.
CrazyM answered "one account" in writing.
I was then punished for the exact thing I was trying to avoid, because the information I was given was wrong.
I am not currently blacklisted (confirmed by seniors), yet my applications are still rejected because of the ban that resulted from technical error.
I cooperated fully and accepted the ban at the time. What I'm asking is that the circumstances be reviewed: the ban comes directly from a technical administrator error, and it's now the entire thing is preventing Leader/Admin/Unoff Applications.
What I'm requesting.
Reconsideration of the GR 1.4 ban on the alt account, given it was created based on Technical Support's confirmed (incorrect) answer.
Once resolved, confirmation that I'm clear to submit a new Admin/Leader/Unoff application.
