I believe being a leader is not just about having a high rank or authority. A true leader is someone who takes responsibility, supports their members, and works every day to improve the organization.
1. Creating stability and consistency
My main goal is to create a stable and active environment inside The Blood Street Gang. I want members to feel that they are part of a serious organization where activity, communication, and teamwork are always maintained.
I understand that keeping an organization successful throughout an entire term requires dedication, patience, and constant effort, and I am ready to give my best.
