Context:
Me and my mate just been killed by a possible cheat which i have reported. We then run towards our house and then call a taxi so it would take less fare. The taxi arrives and takes a wrong turn on purpose and i conclude this because on his pov he had his map as big as possible and it showed the way he needed to go but didnt. I then killed him at ghetto for attempting to petty scam.

He then failed RP by showing no fear for his life when he had all the oppertunity to leave the area but he stopped his car and ait for me to kill him so that he can report.

he has reported me for Gen 6.24 which states the following...
6.24 It is forbidden to rob/kidnap people who working on starting jobs such as busmen/taxi drivers/electricians, etc. | WARN
His thread was approved.

I am appealing as i feel i have been done wrong as the gen rule states nothing about the killing but robbing and kidnapping and niether was done so i havent broken any rules. I got a warning plus 180mins demoragn. The rule states if the rule was broken then its a warning not time in demoragn plus warning. Secondaly the guy who made the thread didnt recieve his punishment for fail RP. IF KILLING WAS PART OF THE RULE THEN IT WOULD MENTIONED AS IMPORTANTLY LIKE robbing and kidnapping. IT isnt.

Realisticly, If you were a taxi driver in america and you did these dodgy stuff in a hood youre most likely going to get done my friend which in my case was a result but no way would a taxi driver who has all the oppertunity to leave the area with his taxi would stop and ait to be killed so he can report. He has Failed Rp just to obtain a OOC result. that to me is failed rp.

How can the the thread be approved when the rule wasnt broken as it states. THE ect in the sentence of the rule clearly is for the job discriptions and not the subject of rule. "Robbing and Kidnapping" if killing was part of it then it would be mentioned as importantly as the other two.

There were no scam as you claimed, even if it was there you cannot kill a taxi drivers because its a starter job.
You killed him thats why you got punished.

hmmm i dont know what to say the rule doesnt state it but admins say it applies it. its such a big part of the rule and yet its not mentioned. i know i wont win but ayyo i wanted to support the project but i guess its not in my fate to do so. been kicked out of my ems job by admins... been harassed and threatned by EMS hc on discord private message for a medical mask.... great. thanks and good night wishing the best for the projecet.

killing is the "worst" criminal activity of all.
u did the worst, u got the worst punishment.

How should he know it if the rules don’t say it? In real life taxi drivers get robbed and kidnapped and as a RP server it should be the same. But I know you wouldn’t be able to grind taxi job 17 hrs daily like Nick Caffrey if everyone will rob you every 5 minutes so I am suggesting they write a rule about robbing killing people on starter jobs. What do u think admins?

See I appreciate you really much! Rules are meant to be clear and obviously not whatever floats your boat. No rule mentions the killing of a starter job in this case taxi driver is forbidden. Robbing and Kidnapping is. These is no exception to this rule you can’t additionally add things like killing because it common sense when it’s not mentioned.

I would like to bring light on a matter I spoke to a admin about…

I asked admin whether I was allowed to rob these illegal keys as it’s not mentioned in the rules of which illegal items can be robbed. The keys are considered an illegal item in the city.

Admin response:
If it’s not mentioned in the rules then you are not allowed to rob them.

From this you can learn that if it’s not mentioned then the subject of the action is allowed or forbidden.

In my case nothing about killing is mentioned therefore the was not broken but I was given the punishment.

Nothing to do with common sense or whatever because if it was soo clear then it would literally be mentioned. If the the rule intends this then I still request a appeal because the rules weren’t Clear.

so excatly my point...If its NOT mentioned in the rule then its not allowed and same with my case KILLING is NOT mentioned as a forbidden action on gen 6.24 so no rule was broken. I didnt rob or kidnap the taxi driver so what part of the 6.24 have i broken?

this rule isnt open to suggestion on what can be or cant be done, the rule clearly states " It is forbidden to ROB/KIDNAP people who working on starting jobs". There is not a open rule its very clear.

I was on to put to light that the player who did the thread was not punished for Failed RP...
let me explain.

role play term:
Non-RP - Doing things that are considered not sufficient to be considered good standard roleplay depending on the situation at hand. e.g running around a crime scene for no reason, dancing and screaming in a trollish manner in a serious situation, not roleplaying fear appropriately in situations realistically.

HIGHTLIGHTED: Not roleplaying fear appropriately in situations realistically.
The taxi driver sees the guns drawn and drives away...so far so good. Then begins to get shot and instead of keep on driving to save his/her life he/she stops and waits to be killed. HE HAD PLENTY OF TIME TO LEAVE!

He stops to be killed to get result in OOC. He wanted the clip so he can report. :::::: Failed RP.

The admins did not review the thread correctly and there was no justice.

nah he didnt scam or anything its only like $500-$1000 taxi fair which is nothing and either way you didnt pay cuz u didnt go far enough and you just shot him for no reason
