I'm not gonna write a whole essay on this but as you can see in the POV provided he cuffs me while having a taser out and also remembers me when I had a mask and different clothing on. He also says I see your ID and reads out my ID 115063 so this is mixing and he also says I see your name Morgan Smart that is also mixing.
You can just clearly see in my bodycam that he does not know what he is doing and he is a DOC supervisor which is a high rank.
