I get my back pack for GC and as i know noone cant rob me took whatever he wants from my inventory. Also i cant lost my items if im die. And i have premium. Idk how this guy get my mask from my inventory, maybe also used cheat, cz till this moment noone never cant took any my item. i was robbed a lot of times.

I want my mask back.

From GC inventory if im right he cant took anything with pickpoket too. I was robed many times , noone cant do it. So i think he used bug or cheat idk ....
Also:
6.14 It is allowed to rob from inventory ONLY Ammunition, Guns, any armor(Gang,FIB, LSPD etc.), balaclava and Drugs. MONEY can be robbed - only using system functionality of gangs. | Ban 1-7 days

it is not balaclava it is mask.

This POV is not enough. Note: items can be stolen from a level 4 backpack using the pickpocket skill. and gen rule 6.14 refers to what robbers can ask you to drop by searching you, not what can be stolen using pickpocket skill.
