The ID 3950 is ID 48850 family member who came to our family house when he called him on his radio and sharing in discord based on the videos posted. 48850 also did not receive punishment for meta gaming that he showed proof of himself when he uploaded video which he later removed.

Few hours from the last RDM event with this guy he returns to our family house kills my family member while shooting from down the street. Again Fails RP by not following demands like every time he comes to our house.
