just spawned in the hotel and went out to go to the nearest parking place and he just pulled up and started shooting with no context or RP being done.

imagine giving the excuse for rejecting the complaint is no given time even though the time of post has it. this should not even matter as the offence was clearly shown in the video. in what world does your brain go nah no time given they clearly not doing any offence. only just started playing...
