Clip was cut, obviously because the people were dead on the ground, seen in the video inside the post.

i am 93792. i never shot her. I shot a warning shot. thew other guy killed her. but she still provoked us

my id was 93792, i didnt even hit her with a bullet. infact, she shot first. My game crashed right after i shot but i do not have proof of it.

It works the same as a bullet proof vest. It can stop a few, but most of the time won't stop you from getting hurt/killed

but max skills dont change anything

not impossible - 11 shots shotgun, or 16 shots AR or 4 Rev with full maxed out skills and that's only counting for one of the glasses.
