could be wrong but whether he is a leo or not has very little to do with this situation, pretty sure that the "bodycam" is only ment as an ic issue and is mandated by the orgs "ic" as a failsafe to prove innocence or fault in an ic scenario. this is not an event this was a very unlucky wrong...

i think it is more of a '' remember no russian'' situation here. if you have an actual problem or are really getting harassed / bullied they dont give a flying fuck. we literally got responses like ''not my problem'' or the ever given take it to forums one, while alot of issues could be resolved...
