a stranger Car Rammed for no reason, his ID 35722.

I was working at a Delivery job, all of sudden a stranger shows up and started to ram my truck, and killed me without proper RP.

I was going back to my Helicopter and this guy car rammed me & tried to kill me without demands, his ID is 38717.

What is the reason for banning Leo Hellsing He did not even shared his account with anyone. Plus, there should be an evidence, there are logs and they should check the logs. It is very unfair to ban him. It is my request to double check the logs it is my really unfair.
