I have an issue where theres a player that keeps ramming me in the customisation spot and i cant see my car, hes speaking a language to me i dont understand and doesnt go away. Please help.

I was driving out the car park and a lambo pulled in my way, i held down the horn to let him know i was there and kept moving, but the lambo instead of avoiding me, he let me continue ramming him as he was blocking the path without accelerating forwards or reversing after the first and second...

This is what happened when I left, not on purpose. I tried to join back aswell but then when i was able to, i was already in demorgan. Sorry, if this caused any inconvenience, i did not mean it, just my computer decided to bug out on the worst moment.
