I used alt + f9 shortcut to start recording and f9 is the key to remove overlays like maps, chats. It is because of that reason. And you can see the video at 3:45 the overlays are coming. It was my first fam war so I panicked and forgot to press f9 to bring overlays back. Sorry for that.

As you can see I have started the recording with GeForce experience, I didn't used any 3rd party software to record. You can see the notification of GeForce at starting of my pov. And I have finished my recording with shortcut key which is alt+f9 default by GeForce it self.
