I was recently received a warning for GZ 1.2 after uncuffing someone with a keyset at DOC. GZ 1.2 States "1.2 It is forbidden to buy weapons, drugs. Also to kidnapp, rob people and put bags on players head. / Warn", here it does not mention not being allowed to uncuff people in GZ with a keyset...
