When I get in Black Market I hear sounds of shooting revolver and suddenly one sleeping player(19991) died. Then I go there and one player(84364) killed him [Time Stamp: 0:14]. Suddenly after some time he started shooting at me [Time Stamp: 0:47] and killed me in the Black Market/Green Zone...

My head popped and when I relog some starts shooting at me and suddenly I am dead. I managed to identify their Id's.

We where in a hostage situation at Chummas Gun Store. According to the Admins inform we were not allowed to shoot in Green Zone but LEO's starts shooting at us. I suspected some of them in my POV.
