The players with the IDs 14366 & 34407 started shotting at us in the city and killed on of my friends. They ran away after I told them that I had POV on.

As you can see in the video. The player is intentionally ramming into cars and players. One of the players was killed because of the reckless driving. Also, prior to the VDM, both the driver and the passenger of the car were running around and punching people.
