hello admins, as you can see in the POV after my bounty was running for a while he did F1 then waited me to go and reconnect to the same position so I lose the bounty order. F1 is not a fear play please check

this guy was running to gz two times when I was to get him as bounty I reported to admin at the same time of the infraction but they asked me to post POV so here I am posting as this guy made me lost 20 minutes and waited for the 00:59 time to arrive so I lose the bounty. this is not fair play.
