Someone reported me for ER 1.2 while my ID wasn't the ID who killed him, But in his POV I killed another guy cuz he shot me first ik u cant defend rule breaks by rule breaks but that still 3rd party POV and as far as i know 3rd party POV's are not acceptable.

They killed (ID 123189 and 138740) me then started provoking me and then ID 123189 spits on me while I'm unconscious which violates GR 6.8.

There was a fight for solar pannels there (u can clearly see dead people ) ,and he is running in the middle of the fight, how I'm I supposed to know that he's not involved.
