He didnt warn me he is a fib agent just pulled his car right infront of me and stand there i scared and tried to escape because i was stealing a car and he blocked my exit road. After killed me he hand cuffed me at the floor without revive. He didnt even arrested me.

I suppose they were fib but they did this while chasing me without demanding pullover. I fell to the water becausfe of them and my hijack didnt complete.
He did not help me at all. My car was stolen and i want a help from admins and this guys said post it on forum so i did just what he says. And he rejected my thread for no reason. He said incorrect format but i just did not know who is the suspect i just have proof that my car was in the green...
My car was stolen before this and i took back from npc and paid 1 million. After couple hours i went to Farm and parked my car at the green zone. When i get back my car was stolen. Happily i took a screenshot when i parked my car. Here's the screenshot (Dont know what is the Suspects id sorry)
