I was driving my car in parking 16 and this guy came and killed me without any reason

I went to pickup mushroom and this guy came and ram me and then our heli and he was also doing ub driving with ubermacht m3 touring(g81) as you can see in the pov

I was driving in the highway returning to the city from paleto bay and this guy was following me from the begining and then he rammed me 2 times and he told me that I was not driving properly and as you can see in the pov that i was driving properly.
